The Now Hiring Network is a network of sites devoted to bringing local employers together with great talent. Our network consists of Chattanooga, Knoxville, Nashville, Memphis, and Atlanta. Our first site to launch was Chattanooga with Knoxville quickly following. Nashville, Memphis, and Atlanta will join the Network with Winter 2008 launches. The Now Hiring Network is privately held and based out of Chattanooga, TN.
Chattanooga is a hub for the South. It only makes sense that Chattanooga be the hub for the Now Hiring Network. Our network covers Chattanooga, Knoxville, Nashville, Memphis, and Atlanta. The Flat 50 for 60 program is our pricing plan for job postings. Employers should not have to pay a significant amount of money to find talent for their organization. Post any amount of jobs for $50 each, for 60 days each. We are committed to making your search profitable, both in economics and personnel.
How Do You Drive Traffic To Your Site?
We drive traffic to our site through multiple means. Of course, a major source of traffic comes through search engines. We also are utilizing the "street teams" concept on campuses across the area. (See FAQ: What Are Street Teams?) We are excited to provide content in the College sections of our sites that will bring students back over and over, which will continue to gain exposure for postings. We also promote our site directly to Chambers of Commerce, economic development organizations, and other state agencies committed to job placements.
What are Street Teams?
A Street Team is a grass roots concept that leverages students (and other demographics) to stir up interest and promote a concept. Street Teams have gained extreme popularity in the music industry and they are used to create conversations and a buzz about an artist or an album. Other industries are leveraging this concept, as it is a powerful mean for generating awareness and popularity.
